ELECTROMECHANICAL SERVICES
Turnkey Compressed Air Plant
Integrated EITSCO can provide complete compressed air plant solutions since we know the importance of this critical technology and its wide range of applications, including powering pneumatic tools and equipment, controlling process valves and other actuators, and providing a source of clean, dry air for various processes.
- Integrated EITSCO will work in close coordination with the customers to define the required air compressor capacity based on the plant's consumption.
- Supply, and Install a Compressed Instrument Plant (Screw Type Compressor, and Reciprocating)
- Design, Supply, install of Instrument air compressor packages/Mobile compressed Air Station.
- Supply and install galvanized pipes for compressed air systems, complete with fittings, joints, valves, gauges, air filters, dew point transmitters, pressure switches and transmitters, air main charging valves, and all accessories necessary to complete the work.
- Supply, lay, and termination of the main incomer power cable according to the compressor's current rating.
- Supply and fix the required conduit pipes and flexible conduit.
- Supply, lay, and termination of earth cable for each machine.
- Design, procure, assemble, program, and install of Air Compressor Plants’ Control Panel.

INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION SERVICES
In-House Instrument Calibration Services
The majority of our customers choose this convenient option to dismantle and hand over their instruments to our calibration lab. We will quickly process your calibrations, and we will inform you to collect them back once the calibration is over in the prior agreed-upon timeframe. The majority of our customers choose this convenient option. Either to dismantle and handover your instruments to our calibration lab, or we can send our technician to your site to dismantle and drop off your instruments at our lab. We will quickly process your calibrations, and we will typically return them back in the prior agreed timeframe.
Onsite and In-Process Calibration Service
